Case Study
Our client had run a series of workshops relating to business processes that needed to be changed in order for the company to compete effectively. Each workshop had produced a number of great ideas, but it was proving difficult to combine the ideas into a single project for implementation.
What Rostrum Did
Rostrum prepared a project plan for the client which showed the tasks that needed to be completed to achieve successful implementation. Workshops were facilitated so that the team could debate and agree the key issues so that implementation could begin with no further delay.
The Result
Trained trainers and trained staff working towards permanent cultural change based on the new processes and the desired new behaviours.
